Dress Code
All characters are expected to maintain an appearance appropriate to their species. This helps maintain clarity of species and integrity of setting. If you have questions past the image provided as a example and the descriptions please reach out to staff.
Clothing should be fitting for a medieval fantasy setting.
Nudity is permitted, but social consequences should be expected in populated areas. Most towns and cities enforce some form of public‑decency laws within their boundaries.

Your character must appear, behave, and present themselves as at least 18 years of age. Any excessively young-looking avatars will be asked to be changed, regardless of how long that character has been played on the sim.

Disallowed:
-
Latex and overly synthetic materials
-
Game Rips
-
Cyberpunk attire
-
Cell‑shaded avatars, game rips, or cartoon‑like models (realistic detail required)
-
“Mega” body parts (genitalia or proportions far beyond realistic scale)
-
Absurd bodybuilder physiques
-
Bimbofication - Just no this goes for all genders

The SL Avatar “Welcome Packet” provides a free upgrade to a modern bento and mesh body.
If you are still using the default SL avatar, please consider switching to this option. It requires no HUDs—simply wear the components as you would any standard clothing, as they are fully compatible with BOM.

Common Stylings of Etharis
This is not the only stylings Elven people for instance might wear more ornate robe etc..

Regarding Wulven and Accursed
First, the Wulven, Wulven are not - neko. While we do allow some flexibility when it comes to the wulven appearance they are mostly human, portrayed with mainly excessive fur and monstrous clawed hands and feet and pointed ears with some other subtle features like elongated canines, non standard shaped pupils or eye colors.. They are not portrayed with tails, ears, and digi-grade legs.
-But, I will allow either a tail or feety paws/digi-grade but not both. As a tribute to a mentioned hybrid form.
......and no you do not have a wolf dick.

Second, The Accursed are anthro animal people, cursed peoples to become these beast kin that take one the appearance on one animal not a chimera of animals. Avatars that would be used for this would be either furry avatars with a more realistic look not cartoony or Bespoke heads with other mods.

Lastly, Avian types of either species are unable to fly as they would have feather arms but not full wings. Neither are like Aarakocra but are more like a Kenku. (Google if you don't know either are)

Roleplay Effects
Scripted effects have their place in roleplay we all like to look sparkly and epic, so do I but there is a time and place. Magic takes effort energy and concentration, and on top that it can cause lag. So in effort to keep the sim as lag free, we ask you keep to the following.
Magical Effects
Characters who wield magic—whether through study, talent, or heritage—may show subtle signs of their power. This can include faintly glowing eyes, a soft shimmer around the hands, or other minor effects that don’t disrupt daily life.

Visible Casting
More dramatic displays, such as auras or pronounced magical flares, should appear only when a character is actively channeling significant power. Combat spells, rituals, and other moments of focused casting are appropriate times for these stronger visual effects.

Enchanted Equipment
Weapons, armor, and other gear may appear enchanted if the character has a legitimate reason to possess such items. Their magical qualities should remain understated during normal activity, becoming more vivid or noticeable only when the item is being used in a heightened or combat‑focused way.
